Biography

Tim is a hockey coach, NHL agent, and entrepreneur. He co-founded Natural Ocean Products Inc., which was recognized for its innovation nationally and internationally, including receiving the Nova Scotia Discovery Award for "Outstanding Achievement in Transforming Science and Technology in a Business Opportunity.”

He played professional hockey in eight countries for 15 years, participating in European and IIHF World Championships, winning IIHF Gold in 1993. In recognition of his play, he was elected to the British Ice Hockey Hall of Fame in 2010.

An NHL Players' Association agent, Tim was certified in 2002 and has guided over two dozen NHL drafted players through their personal training and development and represented them at various NHL drafts.

Tim has a Degree in Law from the University of Durham (UK) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law York (UK). He also has a Masters degree in Technology, Entrepreneurship & Innovation (MTEI), from Saint Mary's University, Halifax.

He is on the Executive of Chebucto Minor Hockey VP of Recreational Hockey, is a coach at the Novice (U9) level, and is the Executive VP of the Central Minor Hockey Federation.

Raised in Fleming Heights, Tim resides in East Pennant with his wife Anna and son, Bowen.
